The S13V25F9 step-up / step-down converter from Pololu is an advanced electronic device designed to effectively convert input voltage from 2.8 V to 22 V into an output voltage of 9 V. The device has many built-in protections, e.g. against reverse voltage up to 20 V, and includes an optional EN input, which allows reducing current consumption to below 10 µA per volt .
