                The TSP143IIIU is a fast and easy-to-use thermal printer engineered for POS applications like retails and restaurants. The first of its kind, the TSP143IIIU is able to connect directly to an iPad or iPhone using the Apple Lightning cable (sold separately) for reliable USB communication and simultaneous charging, via the integrated USB Type-A port. This eliminates the need for Bluetooth and allows better reliability courtesy of wired connection. And this USB Type-A port can also be used to charging non-iOS devices.                

                In addition, the TSP143IIIU comes equipped with a USB Type-B port, capable of working as a standard USB receipt printer for use with computers. The Type-B port allows Plug-n-Play connection with Windows, Mac and Linux platforms, and can interface with Android devices via an adapter (sold separately).                

                Specs-wise, the TSP143IIIU is able to print at 43 receipts per minute (250mm/s), features special de-curl function, guillotine auto-cutter with lifespan of 2 million cuts, and has "drop-in & print" paper holder for quick paper refilling.                 

                Combined with its powerful futurePRNT Windows software, users can enhance their printed receipts to add graphics (logos and coupons), print multiple copies, or use the text processing function to replace printed information or trigger a coupon, and much, much more. The TSP143III can also be used with Star Micronics AllReceipts digital receipt app, allowing shoppers to manage their receipts digitally, and retailers to receive instant feedback on customer satisfaction.

                The new TSP143III USB works happily with Star’s new Digital Receipting service AllReceipts. The printer immediately sends an image of the printed receipt with full colour promotional image or terms & conditions to the Cloud for anonymous retrieval by the customer - no need for phone number or email address. Retailers will now be able to receive instant feedback on customer satisfaction as well as provide promotional material on their customer’s smartphone. The customer, in turn, will have an exciting new mobile App to manage their receipts digitally by date, type or retailer with backup & print facility. On line, real time device management also included.
