The Sabrent USB 2.0 to Serial DB-9 RS-232 Adapter Cable is a perfect solution for transferring data from a PDA, digital camera etc. Featuring a USB 2.0 port at one end and a 9-pin DB-9 RS-232 serial interface at the other end, it lets you easily connect a USB-equipped device* (such as phones, digital cameras, modems, ISDN terminal adapters, etc.) to your equipment with traditional RS-232 serial port. It provides a 96 byte buffer for each upstream and downstream data transfer, allowing you to transfer large amounts of data within a short time. And, Baud rates can be modified to desired set up. Additionally, it supports remote wake-up & power management and features automatic handshake mode.
Setup is easy. Simply plug your device into the adapter, connect it into your PC or Mac’s COM ports, and it’s ready to work. No IRQs and no IRQ conflicts. The 6ft. cable length gives you placement flexibility.
*It’s compatible with USB Specification v1.1 (0) & USB CDC v1.1, and USB 2.0.
