Flash memory module - QSPI DIP - W25Q128JVSSIQ - 128 Mb / 16 MB - Adafruit 5634

A module with Flash memory W25Q128JVSSIQ produced by Adafruit , which allows you to extend the project with microcontrollers of the RP2040, ESP32, RT10xx and STM32 series with an additional memory of 128 Mb / 16 MB . It can work with boards powered by 3.3 V and uses the QSPI interface to communicate with them. Thanks to the small dimensions and form of the adapter, it can be adapted to an existing prototype. The Flash memory module is used as an additional external memory for projects that require more data to be stored, e.g. images to support the display or audio clips.

The board has outputs in the form of soldering pads , to which the goldpin strip included in the set should be soldered. The module can also be connected using a contact plate and appropriate wires - without the need for soldering. Individual pins should be connected in accordance with the following relationships:

• G (GND) - mass of the system
• IO0 - output data line of the SPI bus
• IO1 - input data line of the SPI bus
• SCK - clock line of the SPI bus
• CS - Chip Select for SPI
