The formula features a patented BELIGHT ingredient that corrects hyperpigmentation and regulates melanin production by combining the power of grape-seed polyphenols, grape viniferin, licorice extract and vitamin C, for a brightening action on the complexion: Grape extract is rich in Oligomeric proanthocyanidins, which have an antioxidant action that limits skin aging and the appearance of spots. Liquorice Root extract regulates melanin production, lightening skin tone for a more even complexion. Vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress. The results obtained from this synergy of 3 active ingredients show that after 2 months, 82% of consumers report fewer spots, and the active ingredient evens skin tone by 30%. The formula contains also: - Copper: contributes to normal skin pigmentation and protects cells against oxidative stress. - 2 strains of tyndalized probiotics, including Lactobacillus plantarum: its cell wall contains lipoteichoic acid (LTA). Lipoteichoic acid is involved in the molecular signalling process of melanogenesis. Through a chain reaction, it acts on melanocyte production, thereby reducing melanin synthesis. - The formula contains 93.5mg licorice root extract per capsule. Chronic use or overdose of licorice is not recommended for people with high blood pressure. Hence the warning on the label: "do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice". Take 1 cap per day with a glass of water- do not exceed a daily intake of 6 weeks. Pause for 1 month before starting a new bottle. Regulations: For dietary supplements in France, the recommended daily portion of licorice-based products must not lead to an ingestion of glycyrrhizin exceeding 100 mg, so Clear Glow must not to be used for more than six weeks without medical advice.
